By accessing or using Flextimer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of the Service
Flextimer is a timer application for creating, saving, and running flexible interval and step-based timer sessions.
Permitted Use
You agree not to:
- use Flextimer in violation of applicable law;
- interfere with or disrupt the app;
- misrepresent your relationship with Sophomath LLC or Flextimer; or
- copy, misuse, or exploit Flextimer branding or content except as permitted by law.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Flextimer at any time, with or without notice.
No Warranty
Flextimer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sophomath LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Flextimer.
Your Responsibility for Device Data
Flextimer stores app data locally on your device. Deleting the app, clearing app data, or losing access to your device may result in loss of timer data.
Intellectual Property
Flextimer and related branding, design, and content are owned by Sophomath LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the effective date shown above.
